Cupcake Onesie and Wheeler Farm

I embellished a onesie for Sandy.

There is an appliqued cupcake on the front. Thanks to Kathleen for finding me a cute template for the cupcake!

And a ruffle on the bum in the same fabric as the cupcake top. I think it turned out pretty cute.

Today we went to Wheeler Farm. I had never been before. It was a lot of fun, and it was free.

Sandy and I in front of a cow.

Sandy and her friend, Elise, looking at the cow.

Then we went to feed the ducks. Laurel (Elise's mom) gave Sandy a handful of duck food. She ate it. We tried again, this time with clear instructions that the food was for the ducks.

She wandered around trying to get a duck to come eat out of her hand, then decided that she should go into the pond and feed them there... I caught her on the bank before she made it into the water.

Here she finally figured out how to feed the ducks.

Oooh, I love Wheeler Farm. I miss that place. Did you happen to see a pair of camo-print kids' sunglasses? Benjamin dropped them by the horses the last time we were there and we were never able to find them. NEVER buy camo-print anything for kids - I recommend bright orange.

What a cute onesie! I really love the ruffles...there is just nothing cutier than a little girl with ruffles on her bum! I didn't realize you hadn't been to Wheeler Farm before. I love that place. I just sent my mom an extra token for there that I found for a tractor ride so if you get it from her, next time you go you won't have to pay for a ride (I think Sandy is free). Glad you had a fun time there. It's a great place!
