Happy Birthday, Sandy
Sandy’s birthday was on a Sunday this year. So we had our traditional birthday pancakes before church.
My mom was in town and it was so helpful to have her there to help with Sandy’s birthday.
Here is Sandy with the pinata for her party:
We bought this amazing pinata off a street corner for a very reasonable price. So, if you are looking for a pinata in or near Salt Lake City, I recommend you go visit the people on the corner of 2700 South and 400 East. Saturday mornings they sit outside and sell pinatas. I went a week early and asked them to make a pink dragon for the following Saturday.
When your dad works with computers all day, he uses electrical wire to tie the pinata up.
It was a sturdy pinata. After the kids each took several whacks at it, the moms and the grandma had to get involved.

We celebrated early with Grandma and Grandpa Buhler because they were in Canada on Sandy’s birthday. Here is Sandy with her cupcake from that evening:
